Carolyn Myers, Ph.D.
President, Specialty

Carolyn Myers, Ph.D., was appointed President-Elect of Dey, L.P., Mylan’s specialty pharmaceutical division, in October 2007. Dr. Myers also serves as President of Mylan Technologies Inc. (MTI), a position she has held since February 2006. While at MTI, Dr. Myers has overseen the design, development and manufacture of Mylan’s transdermal drug delivery system. She first joined Mylan in 2003 as Vice President of Branded Business Development and Strategic Marketing. Prior to joining Mylan, Dr. Myers served as Global Director Cardiovascular at Pharmacia Inc.

Dr. Myers earned a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, Canada, a post-doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Rutgers University.
