Wendy Cameron

Wendy Cameron was appointed to the Board of Directors of Mylan in 2002. Ms. Cameron is a member of the Mylan Compensation and Governance and Nominating Committees.

Ms. Cameron currently serves as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Washington Hospital Board of Trustees, where she chairs the Personnel and Policy Committee with responsibility for key decisions affecting the hospital's approximately 3,000 employees. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 1997 and a board member of the Washington Hospital Foundation since 1993. Washington Hospital, located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, is the county's largest employer.

From 1981 to 1998, Ms. Cameron served as Vice President, Divisional Sales and Governmental Affairs for Cameron Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Inc., one the nation's largest bottlers.

Ms. Cameron received a bachelor of science in business management and a bachelor of science in equine science from Otterbine College in Westerville, Ohio in 1981.
