Neil Dimick was elected to the Mylan Board of Directors in October 2005. He chairs Mylan's Finance Committee and is a member of its Audit Committee.

Mr. Dimick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation from 2001 to 2002, before which he was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bergen Brunswig Corporation from 1992 to 2001.

Mr. Dimick also serves on the boards of Alliance Imaging, Inc. Resources Connection, Inc., Thoratec Corporation and WebMD Corporation.
